The bill (Reg. No. 10656) determines the procedure for keeping the register of payment system and settlement systems in Ukraine by the National Bank; regulates the procedure for emission and use of digital cash; grants the State tax Administration the right to supervise observance of the procedure of cashless settlements for goods (services).
