The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the Sphere of Plant Quarantine"

The Agreement determines the trends of cooperation between the two states pertaining to the sphere of quarantine and plant protection; export, import and transit requirements to the accompanying documents of the objects under regulation that are exported from the territories of the Parties; resolving disputes between the Parties, etc.

The Agreement determines also the procedure of coming into force, term and prolongation of the document.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0264.
