The Agreement determines the trends of cooperation between the two states pertaining to the sphere of quarantine and plant protection; export, import and transit requirements to the accompanying documents of the objects under regulation that are exported from the territories of the Parties; resolving disputes between the Parties, etc.
The Agreement determines also the procedure of coming into force, term and prolongation of the document.
