The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis the bill "To amend the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding conclusion and performance of production sharing agreement"

The bill (Reg. No. 11120) is aimed at improvement of legislation in regard to taxpayer taxation under conditions of production sharing agreements for establishment of a clear mechanism of realization of taxation norms and ensuring favourable investment climate.
