The bill (Reg.No.10686) determines legal, economic, organizational, and financial principles of state regulation in the sphere of technology transfer. It aims at maintaining effective use of scientific, technical and intellectual potential of Ukraine; technological production; securing the right to property on domestic technologies, and/ or their parts on the territory of states where they are used and extending international scientific and technical cooperation in this sphere.
The bill suggests the new version of the current law. Particularly, amending all its sections;
conducting a monitoring in the sphere of technology transfer;
introducing registration of transferred technologies, created by state funds, etc.
