The Committee on Budget recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law to amend appendix No.3 to the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012"

The bill (Reg.No.11223) stipulates reducing the amount of development expenses under the program 2803030 "Land reform" by UAH 237,1 million and increasing expenses under the program 2803010 "Administration and management in the sphere of land resources" by UAH 237,1 million (including labour remuneration UAH 46 million).

By results of consideration, the Committee decided to recommend the Parliament to adopt the bill as a basis and in entirety, taking into consideration the necessity to specify outcome indices of state budget expenses in its appendix. Similar bills considered and adopted by the Verkhovna Rada should also be taken into account.
