The bill
(Reg.No.10504) suggests amending article 13 of the Law "On Childhood
Protection" securing the right to privileged (without payment of excise
duty and fees for first registration of vehicle) purchase of one passenger
vehicle (engine volume up to 3,5 thousand cubic centimeters,
not older than 6 years) intended for personal use by the members of large
families, once every five years, without the right to sell it before the end of
five years of usage.
The Committee members upheld the
bill to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine (re the privileged right to purchase a
car by a large family) (Reg.No.10494). The bill suggests amending article 213,
section VI "Excise Duty", and article 234 section VII "Fee for
the first registration of the vehicle" of the Tax Code of Ukraine that provide
with the right for privileged (without payment of excise duty and fees for
first registration of vehicle) purchase of one passenger vehicle (engine volume
up to 3,5 thousand cubic centimeters, not older than 6 years) intended for
personal use by the members of large families, once every five years, without
the right to sell it before the end of five years of usage.
The
Committee members agreed with the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts
Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat to consider these bills
simultaneously.
