The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "To amend the Law "On Mortgage Bonds" (re issue and circulation of mortgage bonds)

Under the legislative act, article 9 of the Law "On Mortgage Bonds" is supplemented with provision stipulating that "servicing institution cannot be connected with the trustee, emitter and auditor (auditing company)".

The law determines also that "the trustee, emitter and auditor (auditing company) cannot be interconnected."

The respective bill was registered under No. 10282.
