It was mentioned that the bill (Reg.No.10340) aims at improving the order of proceedings by the Supreme Court, establishing insistency of judicial decisions of such court and broadening the authorities of the Supreme Court in the sphere of formation of unified court practice.
The bill suggests amending the Criminal Procedural Code, the Commercial Procedural Code, the Civil Procedural Code, and the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine.
However, people?s deputies noted that during previous meetings the Committee considered the bills to amend the Law of Ukraine "On Judicial System and the Status of Judges" regarding improvement of particular provisions on activity of the Supreme Court of Ukraine (Reg.No.10076) and the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine to settle the provisions of the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine (Reg.No.10076-1) that suggest similar legal provisions to the bill under consideration.
