The bill (Reg. No. 10603), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, specifies the list of state bodies (military formations) whose servicemen can be transferred from one state body to another for further military service.
Amendments shall be made to the laws "On Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and Members of their Families", "On the Security Service of Ukraine", "On Intelligence Services of Ukraine" and "On Military Duty and Military Service".
Members of the Committee supported the bill but stressed the necessity to define state enterprises (ministries) to which the servicemen of the Armed Forces and other military formations might be sent.
