The law supplements the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012" with a new article 17-1 stipulating that the Cabinet of Ministers shall be entitled to take state loans to implement the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding regarding cooperation on priority projects in agriculture exceeding the volumes determined by appendix No. 2 to this Law in the amount up to UAH 24,300,000 with respective correction of the limit amount of the State Budget deficit determined by article 1 of this Law, and limit amount of the state debt determined by article 5 of this Law.
