The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend article 28 of the Law "On State Registration of Substantive Rights to Real Estate and their Burdenings" regarding receipt of information by co-owners of apartment buildings

The bill (Reg. No. 10547) provides the co-owners of apartment buildings with the right to receive extracts from the State Register of Substantive Rights to Real Estate.

In the course of discussion members of the Committee expressed a number of proposals to the bill. They will be taken into account while preparing the bill to the second reading.
