The bill (Reg.No.10458) suggests specifying functions and powers of the executive authority in the respective spheres of social life, obligations and responsibilities of the officials of the abovementioned bodies and economic entities, the names of executive authorities. It is suggested to amend sixteen legislative acts of Ukraine, in particular: the code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, Customs, Water and Air Codes, the Maritime Code and several Laws: "On the Main Principles of state Monitoring (control) of Economic Activity", "On Road Traffic", "On Transport", "On Railway Transport", "On Functioning of the Single Transport System of Ukraine in the Special Period", "On Transportation of Dangerous Goods", "On Fight against Terrorism", "On Prevention and Counteraction to the Legalization (Laundering) of the Proceeds from Crime", "On Urban Electric Transport", " On Special State Transport Service" and " On Motor Transport ".
The Committee members upheld the bill the adoption of which will, according to them, promote bringing the legislative acts in line with the Decrees of the President of Ukraine.
