The bill (Reg. No. 10557) determines that the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013 and subsequent years should stipulate expenditures for compensation of interests paid to the banks and/or other financial institutions under credits received by the citizens for construction (reconstruction) or purchase of a dwelling.
The bill amends also a number of legislative acts of Ukraine: the Land Code of Ukraine and the Law "On Mortgage". And article 81 of the Law "On Land Lease" should be set forth in a new version.
