The bill (Reg. No. 10577) is aimed at simplifying the procedure of state registration of the property right to a dwelling house, building or construction with simultaneous acquisition of substantive rights to the land plot of their location.

Members of the Committee made some remarks to the bill. The remarks will be taken into account in the process of the bill?s refinement for the second reading.

Members of the Committee believe that implementation of provisions of the bill will simplify and improve the procedure of state registration of substantive rights to land plots and objects located on them, as well as promote normalization of the real estate market and improve the image of the country.
