The bill (Reg. No. 9248) is aimed at improving the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Economic Procedure and the Code of Administrative Court Procedure in regard to securing the claims to prevent obstacles for carrying out judgments.
The bill supplements article 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, article 67 of the Code of Economic Procedure and part 5 of article 117 of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure regarding prohibition to secure a claim by terminating execution of judgments that have come into force or ban actions aimed at execution of judgments that have come into force.
The proposed amendments contradict the provisions of articles 66, 67 and 111-22 of the Code of Economic Procedure, articles 152, 328 and 369 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and, articles 215, 257 and 240-1 of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure.
Members of the Parliament believe that in the process of preparing the bill to the second reading it will be necessary to envisage grounded exceptions concerning application of the proposed amendments.
