The law supplements Clauses 394 and 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine with the provisions which regulate securing a claim by confession and implementation of judgment of the foreign court.
The law amends clauses 394 and 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, envisaging an opportunity for a claimant to file an application on necessary measures envisaged by the Code to ensure suit and solve the issues according to the regulations established by clauses 151-154 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine.
