The mechanism of
registration of investment projects/project (investment) proposals which
require state support will be implemented to strengthen state assistance of the
investment activity oriented at the innovation-investment model of economic
development of Ukraine.
The committee members stressed that amendments to clause 3 of the law "On Investment Operations" regarding definition of the term ‘investment operations´ do not contradict Directive 2004/39/EC of The European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments, while the suggested term ‘investment project´ in item 3 of the law "On Investment Operations" conforms to the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1628/2006 on the application of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty to national regional investment aid.
