The committee concluded that the bill on self-regulatory organizations (Reg. No. 9015) conforms to the European law. The bill lays the principles of establishment and activity of self-regulatory organizations of the subjects of economic and/or professional activity set up for protection and representation of their own interests.
The bill conforms to articles 49-62 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union on the right of establishment.
The committee also concluded that the bill on amendments to the Law "On Governmental Procurement" (certification of conformity to the environmental requirements) (Reg. No. 9030) meets the European law.
