The bill (Reg. No.
9032) amends the Water Code, the laws "On Pesticides and Agrochemicals", "On
Waste", "On Flora", "On Protection of Atmosphere Air", "On Fauna", and "On the
Red Book of Ukraine" to harmonize them with the law "On the Licensing System in
the Economic Sector" as regards the order of submitting the licensing documents
in the sphere of environmental management (by the issue of licenses for works
on the lands of inventory of water resources, for emission into the atmosphere
of pollutants by fixed sources of environmental pollution, etc).
Implementation of the bill will strengthen legislative regulation of relations connected with the registration of licenses for special environmental management.
