The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Bank Administration Funds

The bill (Reg. No. 9093) presents a fundamental legislative act to regulate legal principles of establishment and activity of bank administration funds. The bill amends the laws "On Common Investment Institutes", "On the National Depositary System and Electronic Circulation of Securities in Ukraine", "On Insurance", "On Non-Governmental Pension Plans", and "on Compulsory State Retirement Insurance."
