The bill (Reg.
No. 8405) amends clauses 18, 21, 26,
40 of
the Law "On the Natural-Reserved Fund of Ukraine", whereby environmental and hunting tourism are prohibited in preserved
areas, buffer zones, areas of man-made
landscape of biosphere reserves, zones of
stationary recreation of the national natural parks, in the territory of
reserves and in protective zones of territories and facilities of the natural-reserved
fund. The bill also authorizes
the local self-government bodies to ratify the projects of biosphere reserve
territories.
