The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 23 of the Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" (regarding Issue of Shares)

The bill (Reg. No.7509) amends the effective Law, which enables paying up of shares in case they are distributed in the form of the state bonds of Ukraine to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
