The Committee on Finance and Banking, Taxation and Customs Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 4 of the Law "On Court Fee" (re Rates of Fee for the Claims for Moral Damage)

The bill (Reg. No. 9079) raises the rates of court fee for the claims for moral damage depending on the amount of claim.

The purpose of the bill is to protect media and journalists from ungrounded claims due to their professional activity.
