The bill on state guarantees concerning execution of judgments will not be scrutinized during this plenary week.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn made this statement on Monday.
At the Conciliative Council, V. Lytvyn informed that the government and the parliament are thinking whether only the first part of this document related to the procedure of execution of judgments should be adopted. It is suggested not to adopt the final provisions of the bill which cut down the privileges for certain groups of population.
The Head of the Parliament suggested that before this legislative act is scrutinized, the draft agreement between the government and the non-governmental organizations of veterans and Afghan war veterans should be analyzed.
