On September 30, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mykola Tomenko will stay with a working visit in Poltava.
Mykola Tomenko will take part in the celebration of the 170th anniversary of birth of Mykhailo Drahomanov.
The Deputy Chairman will attend the grand opening of the memorial plaque at the school where M. Drahomanov studied, and lay flowers to the memorable sign of the Drahomanov family. M. Tomenko will meet the students and the faculty of Poltava V. Korolenko National Pedagogical University to present the complete scientific bibliography of works about M.Drahomanov "Mykhailo DrahomanoAutobiography."
M. Tomenko will also visit the grand opening of the memorial complex of "Zelenyi Hai" natural landmark, and a holiday concert dedicated to the 170th anniversary of birth of Mykhailo Drahomanov.
