The primary purpose of the bill
(Reg. No.8583) is to strengthen legislative support of immune-preventive
measures and implement a systemic approach to the vaccination of population
against infectious diseases.
According to the participants of the discussion, the bill:
sets the criteria of compulsory prophylactic immunization
authorizes central executive bodies in charge of public health to adopt the register and order of prophylactic immunization performance
establishes requirements for the prophylactic immunization
adopts certificates of prophylactic immunization
reconsiders and improves the terminology.
