The bill (Reg. No. 9022) cancels the requirement for the economic entities to submit a written extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors to the licensing body to obtain a license. The bill obliges the specially authorized body in charge of state registration to provide an unobstructed access to the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors on its official website.
