The bill (Reg. No. 8775) amends clauses 21 and 27 of the Law "On Compulsory State Social Insurance in Relation to the Temporary Loss of Working Capacity and Expenses due to Burial", excluding provisions, whereby the insurer-employer shall reimburse the insurance funds placed on a separate account to the district, inter-district, municipal executive board of the office of the Fund of Social Insurance in Relation to the Temporary Loss of Working Capacity if bankruptcy proceedings were launched against the said insurer.
