The legislative act defines the following export duty rates on separate kinds of agricultural plants in the chapter II of the Law "On Amendments to Tax Code of Ukraine on the Export Duty Rates on Separate Kinds of Agricultural Plants": barley 14% but not less than EUR 23 per 1 ton.
The Law comes into effect from the next day after its publishing. From that time, goods, indicated in this chapter are excluded form the regime of free trade with foreign states that shall be announced by the Cabinet of Ministers in one-month term.
