The bill (Reg.
No. 8668) authorizes tutorship and guardianship body to inform the notary
officers on the banned assignment of assets of a child in the cases envisaged
by part 5 of clause 177 of the Family Code of Ukraine.
The amendments to the Family Code authorize the tutorship and guardianship body to inform the notary officers on assignment of assets of a child in exceptional cases envisaged by the Law.
Clauses 73 and 74 of the Law "On Notaries" are amended.
The list of subjects of notary appeal to ban the assignment of assets is supplemented with the tutorship and guardianship body. The Cabinet of Ministers sets the order of appeal of the tutorship and guardianship bodies to the notary offices.
