The bill (Reg.
No. 8722) amends the supplements to the National Targeted Environmental Program
on Radioactive Waste Treatment and the supplement to the National Program on Withdrawal
of Chornobyl NPP, and Transformation of ‘Shelter´ Object into an Environmentally
Safe System adopted by the Law "On the National Program on Withdrawal of Chornobyl
NPP, and Transformation of ‘Shelter´ Object into an Environmentally Safe System."
The bill replaces the words ‘Ministry of Emergency Situations´, ‘Ministry of
Fuel and Energy´ by ‘the State Agency for the Exclusive Zone Management´,
‘Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry´, and the words ‘Ministry of Regional Development
and Construction´ and ‘Ministry of Public Utility Services´ by ‘Ministry of
Regional Development and Construction and Public Utility Services.´
