The bill (Reg. No.8298) improves legislative regulation of the issue concerning interpretation of conclusion titles, which are the grounds for announcement of tenders for broadcasting licenses for television and radio companies called by the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine.
The bill authorizes the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine to order development of conclusions on the conditions for use of radio spectrum of Ukraine for television and radio broadcasting purposes.
Under the bill, the conclusion concerning electromagnetic compatibility of communication electronic means shall be submitted upon the petition of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine.
