On Friday, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn conferred decorations of the Verkhovna Rada on the representatives of national economy and arts intelligentsia, and the People´s Deputies of Ukraine.
V.Lytvyn greeted the awardees with the 20th anniversary of independence of Ukraine, noting the service of every awardee to the Ukrainian people. He thanked them for their work and devotion. The Head of the Ukrainian Parliament awarded Honorary Diplomas of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Diplomas of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for a significant personal contribution to the social-economic and cultural development of the state, and complete professionalism.
