The Agreement to
be ratified defines the terms regarding restricted data; sets the order of
interchange and treatment of such information, and visits of state
commissioners; coordinates equivalence of national secrecy grading; defines
specialized bodies of both parties responsible for the implementation of the Agreement,
support, and supervision.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Parties take action to protect the restricted data is created or transmitted under this Agreement. The Parties provide the same rate of protection of the said information which is effective for the data with appropriate label on the national level defined by clause 20 of this Agreement.
The Agreement sets out that the Parties provide the necessary survey reports in the territories of both states, and control the procedures of information exchange.
