The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends the Parliament to adopt the bill on Amendments to the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors" regarding cancellation of Payment for providing Information from the Single State Register

The bill (Reg. No 9058) amends the effective Law and rejects the payment for extract, inquiry and abstract from Single State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors.

N. Korolevska, Chairperson of the Committee, emphasized that today providing of information in the form of extract, inquiry or abstract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors is fee-paying. Thus, price of extract comprises UAH 51 and UAH 3, 40 for each page, price of abstract UAH 17, inquiry UAH 17 and UAH 3, 40 for each page. Constant receipt of information in the formed of the above0mentioned documents is a great burden for businessmen since they are obliged to provide their contractors with these documents in original.
