The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine" (re Regulation of Withdrawal of an Appellate Appeal or a Cassation Appeal)

The law introduces "the mechanism of withdrawing an appellate appeal or a cassation appeal by the administrative court."

The law amends clauses 193, 218 and 233 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 6120.
