The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway on Readmission of Persons"

The Agreement determines the mutually agreed-upon quick and efficient procedures of identification, and safe and organized return of persons who fail to fulfill the requirements for entry and stay in the territory of Ukraine or the Kingdom of Norway, and regulates transit transportation of such persons to the countries of origin. The Agreement postpones acceptance-transfer of the citizens of third states and stateless persons for two years.
