The Law sets the legal and organizational principles of activity of the local self-government bodies as to registration and technical inventory of the objects of immovable property, the title to which is subject to state registration.
The effect of the Law does not extend onto the agricultural lands, inventory of water or forest resources, and the lands that do not serve as premises for houses, buildings, engineer facilities or unitary property complexes.
