The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to adopt the Bill on the Organizations and Associations of Employers, the Rights and Guarantees of their Activity

The bill (Reg. No. 8186) sets legal, social, economic, and organizational principles of establishment and functioning of the organizations and associations of employers, the principles of their interaction with the authority bodies, local self-government, trade unions and non-governmental organizations.

The committee members stated that the bill can be adopted in the first reading, the expressed remarks being considered.
