The bill (Reg. No.8309) excludes the provisions implemented by the Law "On Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Harmonization with the Law of Ukraine "On Fundamentals of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity" which duplicate the norms of the Law "On Fundamentals of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity." The bill preserves general provisions, whereby the acts of local self-government bodies or officials considered as regulatory under the Law, are drafted, scrutinized, adopted and promulgated under the order established by the Law "On Fundamentals of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity."
