The bill (Reg. No9127) implements state guarantees on execution of judgement and enforcement documents, defined by the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings."
Under the bill, the state guarantees execution of the judgement on recovery of money and obligation to perform certain actions with property, when debtor is: state body; state enterprise, company, institution; legal entity, when enforced sale of its property is banned by the legislation.
Enforced sale of legal entities property is an alienation of items of immovable property and other capital assets under operational procedures of the companies and also shares (allotments and stocks) that belong to the state and transferred into statutory fund.
The effect of the Law is not spread onto the judgement, when charger is a state body, local self-government body, institution, company, organization that belong to the communal property.
