The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Police" (re Obligations and Rights of the Police while supporting the Licensing System by the Internal Affairs Bodies)

The bill (Reg. No. 4829) entrenches compulsory acquisition of licenses on establishment and operation of stamp and engraving workshops, and manufacture of seals and stamps. The bill also harmonizes the Laws of Ukraine "On the Police" and "On the Licensing System in the Economic Sector."
