The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Space Activities" (re Strengthening of State Regulation and Administration)

The bill (Reg. No. 9036) amends the Law "On Space Activities", renaming "the National Space Agency of Ukraine" into "the central executive body in charge of space activities."

The Law is also supplemented with two new provisions concerning establishment and exploitation of ground and space segments of satellite systems, and formation of units of departmental paramilitary guard by the subjects of space activities.
