The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Particulars of Lease or Concession of the State-Owned Objects of Fuel and Energy Sector"

The Law provides for the development of the fuel and energy sector (attracting investments for technical re-equipment and upgrade), and defines the particulars of lease or concession of state-owned objects of the fuel and energy sector.
