The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine to enhance the Procedure of the Title to Land Certification"

The Law establishes responsibility of the officials for violating the terms of issue of a state certificate for the title of land, namely, a fine at the rate of twenty-fifty tax-free allowances. If the official who was subject to the administrative penalty commits similar actions within a year, a fine at the rate of fifty-two hundred tax-free allowances is imposed.

A draft is registered under Reg. №6422.
