Under the bill (Reg. No.8376), the parliamentary hearings should be held
to define the strategic areas of state policy regarding arrangement of favourable
conditions for the development of programming industry in Ukraine (as a part of
a comprehensive state policy in the sphere of development and use of innovative
technologies).
The Committee upheld the idea on recognizing the sphere of information technologies, namely, the programming industry, as a leading one, considering the conclusions of experts.
The Committee recommends the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to scrutinize the bill and adopt a respective resolution.
