The Law increases state budget revenues for UAH 162 billion at the expense of the income from the energy generating companies (by UAH 21 million from the payment according to the state guarantees and credits (loans) attracted by the state and or under state guarantees and UAH 141 million from the payment for the used credits (loans), attracted by the state) with further transfer of funds for covering the expenditures at the expense of the state program "Restructuring of Coal and Peat Extraction Company."
