The bill (Reg. No.9029), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, cancels compulsory registration of producer´s conformity declaration to improve the conditions of economic activity in Ukraine and meet the obligations of Ukraine in WTO framework.
The bill amends clause 32 of the Law "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedure", excluding the provisions on compulsory registration of conformity declaration in the central executive power bodies, and the laws "On Assessment Confirmation" and "On Protection of Consumer Rights", canceling the requirement to indicate registration numbers of declarations in accompanying documents.
