The resolution envisages a nation-wide celebration of the 70th anniversary of Babyn Yar tragedy and establishes annual commemoration of Holocaust victims on January 27.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine shall set up an organizing committee, develop and adopt an action plan to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Babyn Yar tragedy, provide its financial and material support, and transfer the premises at 44 Melnykova St. into ownership of the National Historical-Memorial Complex "Babyn Yar."
