"With profound sorrow did the Ukrainian parliament members accept the tragic news concerning plane crash near the city of Guelmim which has resulted in great loss of life", the telegrams read.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and himself, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families.
